Security Policy

Your membership information is protected by an encrypted version of your password for your privacy and security. Your password cannot be determined from the information we store. In the unlikely event that our systems are compromised an intruder will not be able to access other internet accounts you may have.

How can we verify your login if we don't store your password? We only store information to verify that you have entered a correct password. This is performed with a one-way, encryption algorithm. The encrypted password is further modified to foil dictionary hacks. This algorithm cannot be reversed to determine your password. However, next time you log in and enter your password we can run the same algorithm to determine if it matches the encrypted version we have stored.

We also do everything in our power to protect user data offline. All sensitive information is restricted in our offices. Only an employee who needs the information to perform a specific job (for example, a Customer Service representative) is given access to your information, and then only temporarily.
